Application (for Smooth-Cast 5): Prepare the mold - Apply an even layer of release agent. Casting - Pour Smooth-Cast 5 into the mold. Insert the shoe - Press the shoe into the material and hold it in place until the foam has closed around it. Final fitting - After hardening, cut off the excess foam - done!
