This kit is for cutting tubes and for making a Y connection, there are two jigs included to cut all 3 pipes Each pipe is cut at a 30 degree angle giving a total split of 60 degrees between the two pipes. how to use jigs: Part 1 is used to cut two two merging tubes. There are two cuts to be made using this jig and both can be done in the bandsaw. for this, a section of tube can be cut(lengths vary per jig, check below) to not waste much tubing, you will need two of these. Bottom the tube in the jig, and then tighten the M8 retaining bolt, make the two cuts and repeat again for the other tube. Part 2 is used to cut the singular tube. The tube for this jig can be any length as the jig is bottomless. Slide over the tube and tighten the M5 bolts evenly, again there are two cuts to make so the other tubes mate up perfectly, you can cut this in the saw or just use as a guide to draw round.
