The Hunter Commandow EW is probably my favorite Hunter Variant and while it's dissapointing that they didn't include it in 3.1 it always has a special place in my heart. The Head and Radar Array are simple replacements but for the small sensor array you'll need to remove the APGL, and use a pin-vise to drill a pin to connect the sensor to the Torso. The Sensor already has a small opening in the bottom to facilitate easier drilling.
