Shapeoko 3 Dust Head

This is a dust head system that I designed for the Shapeoko3 by Carbide3D, with the DeWalt router. I've been using it for several weeks and I'm very pleased with how it performs. This was designed for a machine purchased in December of 2018, I have no idea if it is compatible with older machines.It uses two 1" diameter vacuum hoses positioned under the gantry to get the vacuum pull very close to the cutting tool, which I feel makes a real improvement in the system's performance. The head allows full view of the cutting process, captures roughly 95% of chips/dust produced, and it can be adjusted vertically by 2" to accommodate various workpiece heights. This design file is for 0.125" acrylic and I used a single flute Datron carbide endmill to cut it. The design file also has "@hscpro" on the far left.
