COMPRESSION COIL SPRING [350N]

简介

🔧 A working spring that generates about 350N (can hold 35kg) at solid length (without cracks or damages). Fatigue test needs to be performed in order to determine amount of cycles. However according to calculation, it should have infinite life (engineering speaking). ⚠ ATTENTION ⚠ This spring is designed taking into account mechanical properties of PLA (so make sure you use a good quality PLA or PLA+). Any different material or setup will impact the declared performances. ☝ Do not scale the model. Any dimension change would impact performances and resistance. ✌ Print with 100% infill (layer height no more than 0.2mm). 🤙 Make sure your printer is well tuned and you get proper layer adhesion. 📚I won't be explaining the whole design process that guarantees functionality and performances, but if you are interested you can contact me.
