This makes the X stop adjustable on the Ender 3. Some direct drive mods require taking away some of the X so that the extruder does not hit the frame. There are multiple holes that allow for a few options. I used short (4mm) M3 screws to hold it in place but, the stock screws should work depending on your printer settings.
