Ural Next Soviet and Russian heavy truck (and military) model (base). Two frame types are available: short(standard for Soviet and military) and long (900mm longer). The model is the 1/10 scale. To make the scale you want, put the scale coefficient in your slicer befor printing. If you want 1/43, then put in slicer 23% scale. If you want 1/35, put 28.6% scale in slicer, etc. The model is not the SUPER HIGH DETAILED COLLECTION one, its mostly a toy. Later the additional stuff would be done as a different units.
