Because there isn't separate control of the rear vents I am presenting you quite simple solution for diffuse / restrict the air especially during the summer (cold air). You can still move and adjust the vents direction but the flow will not be direct and uncomfortable. It is tested on Tesla model Y first generation but it should work also for model 3 (not sure for S and X) The model is only for personal use. Enjoy :)
