简介

This jig helps you to convert the low beam headlight inserts from bmw E30 to bmw E24 facelift models. part numbers of headlights for bmw E24: 63121371935 63121371936 These parts are unfortunatelly no longer available. There are Hella lights for E30 with part numbers: HELLA 1B3 126 677-041 HELLA 1B3 126 677-051 These can be modified with my jig. Grinding and welding required. You have to grind off one of the tabs. I recomend TIG welding, as cold as possible, short pulses. Fill up the headlight with demineralised water before welding, for better cooling and to protect the chrome finish inside. Can be mounted to headlight with attached bolts and nuts.
