Before closing the lid though, I would recomend you to snip the corners of both semicircles on the lid a bit, so it fit more easily. Use some pliers to join both sides easily. I made model to have just slightly larger height than Airtag so the fit could be tight - I'll probably update it in the future.How to print it?It doesn't really matter but .2 layer heght on .4 nozzle and 20% infill would be okay. You could enable ironing function so Airtag could slide more smoothly. With FDM printer position it on the ‘boring’ side of the model (they should be oriented correctly tho).Design processI don't have Apple Airtag, so I designed this model using anatomicaly correct model of it found on this site.
