PEN HOLDER 002 is a quick design exploration created to test and learn the capabilities of 3D printing while developing an original product.The goal was to create a minimal and aesthetically balanced desk organizer for storing pens and pencils while maintaining efficient material use.The model was designed in Blender with wall thickness carefully considered to provide enough strength and form without unnecessary material usage, reducing both print time and filament consumption.The design consists of two printable components — a solid base and a perforated upper shell — allowing color variation using a single-filament 3D printer. The two parts are designed to fit together after printing and can be glued for permanent assembly if preferred.
