Application: Brake booster vacuum connector for Ford Ka / Fiesta / EcoSport - Zetec Rocam 1.0 & 1.6 8v.Dimensions: 16.5 mm Outer Diameter (Servo grommet side) / 5.8 mm Inner Diameter (Vacuum hose side).Crucial Print Settings (ABS/ASA):Infill: 100% (Must be solid to prevent vacuum leaks)Perimeters: 5 or 6 walls.Orientation: Print lying flat with "Snug" supports on the build plate only, to achieve maximum mechanical strength and eliminate inter-layer porosity.Cooling: Fan 0% (OFF).Post-processing: Brush the outside with pure acetone after printing to completely seal the layer lines and guarantee a 100% airtight vacuum seal.
