Populate your tabletop gaming with the Gharril creature from Sol'Kesh. As the tide recedes, a large shell rises out of a tidal pool, a single orange eye peering across the receding waves, searching for the flopping desperation of stranded fish. Suddenly, a tail whips salt water into the air and with loping limbs the large snail strides across the sands. Quickly, out pacing competing crustaceans, it grasps the fish with its four prehensile tentacles, pulling the live prey in and grinding flesh and bone whole into its fearsome maw. Over time, gharril slowly build up a pearl of sorts in their gullet, a rolled and compressed sphere of bone and chitin from their coastal feasting. When threatened by a larger predator, they can expel this organic cannonball with devastating velocity, shattering bone and shell alike.
