The Demon Slayer Gorget is a bold, spiral-patterned neck armor inspired by dark fantasy and infernal warriors — ideal for cosplay armor builds or dark fantasy displays. 📏 Measuring Instructions Default neck opening: 140 mm diameter, height: 95 mm. Before slicing, measure your own neck circumference and scale the model in your slicer to fit. Recommended scale range for adult wear: 90–110%. Maintain uniform scaling to keep geometry and curvature consistent. 💡 If printing for cosplay: measure around your neck and upper chest to ensure a comfortable, non-restrictive fit. 🖨️ Printing Instructions Compatible with FDM and resin printers. Precut version included — pieces can be printed separately on smaller beds. If scaling the model: First scale it in your slicer, then use the “Split to Objects” or “Separate Parts” function to divide it back into individual printable sections. This preserves cut alignment and prevents fit issues. Orientation: lay flat, inner curve facing upward. Supports: minimal, mainly under the spiral rise. Layer height: 0.12–0.2 mm. Infill: 15–25%. Recommended materials: PLA+, PETG, or flexible PLA for wearable comfort. 🎨 Finishing & Assembly Paint in metallic crimson, black steel, or aged bronze tones for dramatic effect.
