This is a Christmas count down chimney. You pull out the slots each day in December and on Christmas Day Santa will fall into the chimney. I added all the letters to each stocking hanger so you can just delete the ones you do not need. You could also add a plate and just move the ones you want on there. I hope you enjoy! thank you!
