Handle for deburring blades like S10. It lets the bit turn freely in the handle but it won't come out. Couple of % shrink can mean 0.1-0.2mm shrink on fits, which is critical. Although this is modeled and adjusted after multiple test prints, you should still test with a smaller version before printing the full item. Standing upright is the best position I have found so far. It doesn't need support for anywhere other than bottom, that's also not really critical however I used to avoid it from getting toppled by nozzle. I recommend dropping the model below Z0 (plate) and print only the top section to test the fit of the blade you have. You will need m3 screw to hold it in place and only turn if it needs to.
