This is the Ipsha Tetraship from Babylon 5 Wars by Agents of Gaming. All of the Ipsha ships from B5W are going to require extensive redesigns to make them fit into the Ipsha aesthetic, because AOG was very lazy with "spheres" and "cubes" when that has no bearing on what the Ipsha ship looked like. Sigh. So, in this case, the Tetraship is re-imagined as a small five-section Ipsha escort vessel, which gives it the proper number of guns. It's just a little guy!
