Pagoda is a compact bookshelf inspired by traditional Japanese pagoda architecture, designed to store and interact with small-format books in a functional and sculptural way.The main body works as a mini library for small books (up to approx. 160 × 215 mm), while the pagoda-shaped roof becomes a multifunctional top element. Beyond closing the structure, the roof integrates two practical compartments: a larger one for reading glasses and a smaller one for a pen or pencil, keeping essential reading accessories always at hand.The most distinctive feature is the triangular pagoda roof, which also functions as a book holder. It allows you to leave a book open and resting on top, marking your page and making it easy to return to exactly where you stopped reading.The roof can be used both attached to the library or as a standalone compact book holder, making the system modular, portable, and adaptable to different reading setups. The contrast between body and roof colors further emphasizes the architectural character of the piece.How to PrintThe model is composed of two separate parts: the main body and the pagoda roof. The body is printed in its standard upright orientation and requires no supports. The pagoda roof is printed separately in a flat, laid-down orientation, also without supports.Both parts are designed to fit on standard desktop 3D printers. A layer height of 0.2 mm or higher is recommended to reduce print time, with an infill around 20% being sufficient for strength…
