Dieses Teil wird in deinem Gürtel eingehakt und nimmt einiges an Gewicht von deinem Rucksack auf. Bei langen Wanderungen optimal wie zBsp. beim Pilgern! Der Hüftgurt nimmt zwar mehr Gewicht auf aber man muss ihn auch straff spannen, was zu Verdauungsproblemen führen kann und Durchblutungsstörungen. Dieses Teil als Alternative kann ich nur empfehlen.
