简介
This one has been in the works for way too long. I know just enough of a few different programs to get myself into trouble, but I sometimes get stuck and have to learn more before I can move forward. I've wanted to create a moss pole that can be added onto and easily filled but that is also sturdy. I hate the coir poles and the wire moss poles are ok but still not my favorite. The full size moss pole has a 6" pole, a funnel top for easy watering, a perforated bottom so that the water continues to the soil and is about 3" wide. There are 4 different front plates to choose from. I may add more designs in the future but wanted to start simple. In the photos, the front plates don't go quite all the way up the front. Those are fixed for the correct length in the files. There are a couple of options for the body fit. I noticed with some printers and filaments fit differently and I don't like the parts to fit too loose, especially the main body. I adjusted the file in Fusion360 to give you options without you having to scale and throw everything else off. The funnel, bottom bit, and front plates can be scaled for fit if needed. Fun extra use: If you push the funnel top directly into the bottom part, it can be a watering funnel that stays in the soil. I added supports on the lower overhangs on the main pole. There are photos showing those supports. There will be more overhangs, but the machines handled them fine. You can use tree supports on the holes in the bottom part, but mine…
