Small tools for fine-tuning the tangents for a "Nerdy Gurdy V2" hurdy-gurdy. Maybe it works with other tangents of the same size. A central hole allows a screwdriver to be passed through in order to unscrew the screw while maintaining the tangent and then to manipulate it precisely.
