Frachtlager. Bei uns „Pakhaus“ genannt. Später Umbau. Die technischen Unterlagen wurden Anfang der 80er Jahre erstellt. Vorgesehen für den Neubau als Ersatz für veraltete oder sanierungsbedürftige Holzpakhäuser. Die Länge des Pakgaus wurde durch die örtlichen Gegebenheiten bestimmt, vor allem durch die Länge des vorhandenen Geländes.
