This is an alternator cover I designed to fit my 2016 Honda Shadow 750. I designed it in Fusion 360 so that it has the Honda Wing rather than the Honda text. It is Modeled to scale and should be ready to print as is, I found it slices best with the wing on top with tree supports. This print works best with a good amount of post-processing. I sanded this with 100, and 400 grit sandpaper before priming twice. After Priming I sanded with 800 grit, primed again, and sanded with 1000 grit. I then painted with flat black paint sanding with 1000 grit between coats. I printed with PLA, but I think Im going to outfit my printer to print ABS for smoother sanding and greater durability.
