This is a revision to the Gas Spore by mz4250 (original model found on Shapeways here: https://www.shapeways.com/product/TWJMMTWNQ/fungi-gas-spore) The only original part that I kept were the top "mushrooms" sprouting from the creature's head. I wanted the model to look a bit more in-line with the art found here: https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Gas_spore - this meant making the design a bit more egg shaped (and a bit smaller), refining some of the "lumps", and adding in the dangling tendrils below.
