I will be using M3 x 20 for everything to keep is simple. The stand print settings are not as important. I used 0.3mm layer height at 10% infill. Barrel Version uses 5.5 x 2.1 mm Barrel. Barrel tolerances are tight. I sanded the plastic on the barrel on all 6 sides and it stays in friction fit. Barrel Version you will want to use the CenterSmall Taller version. Lithophane Settings on http://3dp.rocks/lithophane Used 3dp.rocks/lithophane to create the lithophane models. Photos of my settings attached as well. Printed lithophanes vertically at 0.1mm layer height at 99% infill. MODEL SETTINGS: Maximum Width: 100mm Maximum Thickness: 3mm Thinnest Layer: 0.8mm IMAGE SETTINGS Positive Image Slicer Settings [I used Cura 3.6] Layer Height: 0.1mm (0.12 will help speed it up without losing much detail) Infill Speed: 45mm/s Outer Wall Speed: 35mm Inner Wall Speed: 40mm Top/Btm Speed: 20mm Travel Speed: 100mm/s Photo Settings I use Paint.NET for editing photos.
