Nimbus C11 model

So you decided to build a replica of the nimbus C11.👌👌 Let’s see what you need to know 🧐 All the design and the little parts are carefully designed to mimic the real one on a scale 1/12. Some parts are scaled differently for the ease of printing and manufacturing. The boat consists of the hull and the cockpit part. The main hull is designed to be printed into 4 different sections, however this will depend on the printer you have. You can connect the parts with epoxy and temporarily until the epoxy cures to stabilize the parts you can melt the inside and make a weld with plastic and a soldering iron. Other parts include the rails, the radar assembly (with internal cable routings), the light covers, cleat, sun beds and the back seat. For the deck there is also the option of wood like flooring. For the lighting, the deck is equipped with canals for cable routings along the walk around area, also on the stern the blue underwater lights and on the bow the navigation lights (As mentioned before the radar assembly has the routing for the radar light and the white light on top) The cockpit and the hull are held together in the bow area from a hook ( hook) that screws in place and in the stern by a mechanism that will allow a close fit of the 2 (locking mech). The engines and bow thruster are not included (still under development)
