I designed this to hold acrylic sheet windows in a DIY 3D printer cabinet. It is designed to minimise heat loss by creating a seal all the way around the acrylic sheet, although it can also be used to create smaller brackets. How? Use OpenSCAD to customize: Customise for a variety of lengths, widths and thicknesses of acrylic Ends can be straight or angled for joining along a straight edge or corner It can be used for acrylic cut with various corner angles (not just perfect squares/rectangles) Customise for your screws, including countersunk screws I suggest printing a short length to test against the width of your acrylic and the size of your screws.
