This is an organizer that is designed to organize two cups in a vertical position. Cups like coffee mugs are not easy to organize since they have handles. Or some other cups with special shape also leads to the same problem. The first thing that came to my mind is a round disk in which both sides could hold the cup's open edge. However, it may not able to fit in cups with different diameters. Then I tried to find some solution with more versatility. I need to find some mechanism that could change its dimension in one direction by a motion in the other direction. Then the four-bar linkage mechanism came to my mind. Thus this organizer comes out with the combination of three sets of four-bar linkage mechanisms. The plates of the organizer come in two different shapes. Besides, the dimensions of the shaft and holes may vary from different printing setups, some adjustments may need to be done to make the shaft and hole fit. In order to keep the axial position of the parts, it's better to keep the texture of the 3D printed shaft and holes.
