Updates: 1- Added the stiffer model again, as it is just as useful. Also added the STEP file in case you want to edit it. Here is a quick video on this: Simple little sanding bow for 25mm wide sanding belt strips. You will need two carriage bolts M5 and two wing nuts. Hmm, never mind, this was not a good design. So, now I have uploaded the correct design. Did some calculations on it, make a model, tested it and it works. https://youtu.be/BlSMMxcIpFc You need 2 M5x30 carriage bolts, 2 washers and 2 M5 wing nuts. The belt is 25 mm wide belt, I tear strips off of a 2-inch wide belt.
