We had a reduced width cupboard built as part of our kitchen refit. The doors needed cutting down which meant that the original hinge pockets couldn't be used. The fitter drilled new pockets but couldn't cover the original holes. Sounds like a job for the printer. Measure the length of the cut edge (see photo) and use this value in the customzer / SCAD file. If the cutout is more than half the hinge pocket width then use -xx, but watch out for strange results if you opt for locating studs. Asking for a cut length greater than the diameter has been error trapped. Studs or pips can be included to help with aligning the cover. The program will allow a complete cover (like those supplied) so you can print normal caps to match too.
