Description

A light duty folding utility knife. Great build by PvtDBJackson. Clip omitted. Modified some of the dimensions so my printer would give the least amount of cleanup. Print optimized for 100% speed @50% infill,3,6,6. Print time 1hr:24m. Shorter print time will made a tighter fit, where as a longer print time will provide more clearance. I removed large yellow support with a small screw driver. A cutoff wheel in a rotary tool will remove the smaller support. Run a utility knife around the adjoining surfaces to break them loose. Slight twisting of the build will help. Work the latch until it moves freely with a nice crisp snap when fully opened. Push the blade in and secure with a 3x4mm cap screw on one side with a 3x7mm on the other. Smooth the edges with a file & emery cloth. Build is for a right handed person. A mirror image should provide a left handed build. Be careful not to cut your self in the cleanup process. Full instruction can be found at: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1298487
