Simple pulley using a 608 bearing, no extra hardware required. It's designed for a 18mm diameter rope. The axle should provide enough friction to keep everything in place but also allow the block to slide open if needed. If the axle is a bit loose there is a 2mm hole at the end, you can pass a bit of filament through it and fuse it in place. Of course, be careful with what you use this for and don't put yourself at risk.
