Drow (English drow, self-designation - "ilitiri"; in different translations, the transcriptions "drau" and "drow" were used)[1] - Dark Elves, a fictional race in the Dungeons & Dragons worlds. They were first mentioned in the rule book of the First Edition of the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons game system by Gary Gygax in 1979 as a kind of elf race.
