Still, always check the toolpath preview before printing, just to make sure your slicer is not doing anything unusual. This warning appears because the files are built from multiple closed meshes, and some of those meshes share coincident triangular faces so the multicolour geometry lines up correctly. That can trigger a non-manifold warning, but slicers handle it cleanly and it should not affect print quality. The floating regions are also intentional. Most of them are bridges required for the preassembled hinge mechanism, so they do not need supports. ⚠️ About the colour-separated files The files are kept colour-separated on purpose.
